Since the 70's and SONAC is operating its own potatoes packhouse near Alexandria, and from generation after another, SONAC now is operating 3 packhouses located in the main areas, where the production and ports of loading is.
In the Company's complex lies the 1st packing house with British technology, for fully automated sizing, selecting, weighing and packing with a capacity of 100 tons/hr, it's the nearest to the loading ports, where all our production from our pivots to be checked in, then loaded.
The 2nd packhouse is in Salheya area.
The 3rd is in Nobariyah area.
The 4th is under construction in Wadi Neutron area.
